Do you accept digital impressions?

Yes. We accept open STL/PLY/OBJ files and connect with the major intraoral scanner portals. Contact us for our lab connection details for your scanner.

What zirconia options do you offer?

We offer full-contour and multilayer high-translucency zirconia, and Lava™ zirconia as a premium material option for crowns and bridges. We’ll recommend the right material for strength, space and esthetics.

What is your turnaround time?

Most single-unit crowns ship in 5–7 business days from receipt, with rush service available. See the turnaround table above for other case types.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes, we offer free courier pickup and delivery within our local service area and prepaid shipping labels for offices outside it.*

What is your remake policy?

If a restoration doesn’t fit or meet expectations because of a lab issue, we remake it at no charge. Contact us for full policy details.
